He is authorized to process the collected personal data on the basis of the contract signed with the data controller on 06/11/2019 in accordance with the provisions of Article 28, paragraph 4 of the EU Regulation.
If necessary, for specific activities related to the maintenance of the technological part of the company website, the data processor may appoint one or more sub-processors in compliance with Article 28, paragraph 4 of the EU Regulation.
Type of data collected
The data that Sofi S.r.l. will collect and process are exclusively those necessary for the purpose of the processing.

The data provided by customers are processed exclusively for the purposes of booking accommodation at the Sofi S.r.l. facility and for the consequent accounting and legal obligations.

The provision of personal data is mandatory and any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to use the booking services provided by Sofi S.r.l..

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to:
– request from the data controller access to their personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing concerning them, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability;
– withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
